Hyrox
Hyrox is a global fitness competition focused on endurance and strength. Our Hyrox classes combine running with functional movements like Concept cardio machines, sled pushes/pulls, and wall balls, creating a challenging but achievable workout for everyone.
It's perfect for those who want to test their stamina and push their limits while building a strong foundation in both cardiovascular and strength training.
Strength cLASSES
These classes are 45 minutes, lower intensity and focus on building muscle, increasing strength, and improving technique.
Whether you're lifting weights for the first time or looking to enhance your current performance, our coaches will guide you through strength training routines that help you progressively achieve your fitness goals.
