Meet the Team

  • Keith

    Meet our Head Coach, Hyrox Level 1 and the first CrossFit Level 3 Trainer in Connaught, with over 10 years of coaching experience. In addition to his strength and fitness qualifications, he also provides 1-to-1 and online coaching, as well as Hyrox.

    Dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential, he combines expert knowledge with a passion for fitness to deliver top-level training both in-person and online.

  • Natalia

    With 13 years of experience in Aerobic Gymnastics, including 9 years competing at national and international levels, Natalia has been coaching gymnastics since 2016. After transitioning from gymnastics, she began training in CrossFit and Weightlifting, competing in Weightlifting in Valencia. She has also had the privilege of coaching both CrossFit and Weightlifting.

    She holds a degree in Science of Physical Activity & Sports, and a Master’s in Secondary Education.

  • Brian

    Brian “Macky” holds a CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Gymnastics certification, along with an ITEC Personal Training qualification. With a strong background in rugby and GAA, he brings a diverse athletic experience to his coaching, helping clients improve strength, agility, and overall fitness.

    His passion for functional movement and sports performance drives his commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

  • Evan

    Evan, a highly experienced CrossFit coach with many years of coaching and competitive experience. Passionate about helping athletes of all levels improve their fitness and reach their goals through personalised training and expert guidance.

    With a focus on technique, safety, and progression, Evan is dedicated to fostering a strong, supportive gym community.

  • John

    John is a CrossFit Level 1 certified coach, whose passion for fitness was sparked during his time in the Irish Defence Forces. His military background instilled a strong commitment to discipline, endurance, and functional fitness, which he now brings to his coaching.

    He’s dedicated to helping others build strength and resilience in their training.

  • Larry

    Larry brings great Olympic lifting experience with him to the team having collected 1st and 2nd place finishes in Connaught and Munster.

    His competition and training experience isn’t limited there, with further participation and excellence in powerlifting and CrossFit.

  • Jordan

    Jordan

    Jordan is a dedicated and passionate fitness professional with years of experience in pushing both personal and professional limits. As a CrossFit Level 1 Coach, Jordan combines expertise in functional fitness with experience competing in CrossFit and ultra marathons.  

    A proud member of the Irish Defence Forces, Jordan brings discipline, resilience, and a results-driven approach to every session. Jordan is committed to helping clients of all levels unlock their potential, achieve their goals, and develop lifelong fitness habits.

  • Nicole

    New to CrossFit not so new to gymnastics! Nicole has 15+ year’s experience between competing and coaching high level gymnastics. She specialises in developing athletes from an early age giving them a solid strength and conditioning foundation to tackle all sports.

    As a SENR registered Performance Nutritionist Nicole also works with local sports teams in optimising their performance through nutrition.
